How long until it works?
Honestly, it varies enormously. Some puppies settle on the second night and some take a fortnight, and rescues or singletons are usually at the slower end. We are not going to promise you a number — what we will say is that the Seven Nights plan tells you what to expect on each night, including the one where it goes backwards.
Are batteries included?
No. The pulse module takes two AAA batteries and they aren’t in the box. One set runs up to 350 hours. Buy a pack before the first night so you’re not improvising at bedtime.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The pulse module sits in a zipped inner pocket — take it out first, then the plush is machine washable. Never put the module in water.
What size is it?

Will it work on an adult dog or a rescue?
Often, yes. The heartbeat cue isn’t puppy-specific, and owners of newly adopted rescues tend to be the ones who need it most. If your dog’s distress is severe — drooling, destroying the crate, refusing food — please speak to your vet or an accredited behaviourist rather than buying another product.
